HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

The plan is postpaid — you only pay for what you’ve used. 😊 

Billing is done automatically every 30 calendar days on the registered credit card.

The charge will always be made to the registered credit card. If it’s not possible to charge the card, a payment slip will be sent to your email with a 2-day deadline for payment.

HOW DOES MY MILEAGE PACKAGE WORK?

Choose the package that best suits your needs: 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000 or 5,000 km.

CAN I CHANGE CARS?

Yes! You can switch cars for free to another in the same group when:

  • If you want to exchange your car for another model within the same group, subject to availability at the agency associated with your contract;
  • For maintenance or repairs that take more than 4 hours;
  • When the car reaches the maximum age and/or mileage limit. In these cases, we will contact you. This replacement is not optional, okay?

HOW DOES CAR RETURN WORK?

After the first 30 days, you can return the car whenever you want. If the return happens before that, the rate in your contract may be converted to a daily rental rate corresponding to the period used.

You can return the car at any Localiza agency. If you return it at a different agency from where your contract was opened, an additional fee will be charged as stated in the printed contract provided when you picked up the car.”

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS: HOW DOES THE FINES PROCESS WORK?

In cases of traffic violations, you will receive an email with all the information:

  • Car model/license plate
  • Date and time of the violation
  • Reason
  • Points
  • Document for indicating the actual offender
