Localiza Loyalty Program

The Localiza Loyalty Program is our way of recognizing who we value most: you. The more we stay together, the more benefits we can offer you!

We have 3 categories in the Localiza Loyalty Program: GreenGold, and Platinum. For all the details, click the following link: Localiza Loyalty Program.

When you rent a car with Localiza, you earn Loyalty Points. This applies to any branch in Latin America: rent a car, earn points. There are three types of points in the Localiza Loyalty Program:

  • Loyalty Points: These points are awarded based on your spending in the Car Rental contract. For every R$1.00 spent on eligible items in daily contracts, you earn 1 Loyalty Point. Additionally, for every R$5.00 spent on Monthly Rental contracts for individuals, you earn 1 Loyalty Point.
  • Bonus Points: These are additional points awarded based on your category.
  • Promotional Points: These points are granted through exclusive Localiza Loyalty promotions.

Important info: The following Car Rental Contracts will not be eligible for points, either individually or cumulatively:

  1. Daily contracts in the Travel Agency (AGVIG) and Online Travel Agencies (OTA – Localiza partner sites) segments.
  2. Monthly Rentals (any contract with a Monthly Rental rate) formalized with the Corporate, Travel Agency, and Online Travel Agencies (OTA – Localiza partner sites) segments.
  3. Zarp (transportation apps, such as Uber).
  4. Replacement (insurance companies) or insurance brokers, even for personal use.
  5. Contracts with unpaid invoices.
  6. Non-remunerated contracts originating from partnerships or exchanges.
  7. Contracts related to the replacement of cars from Localiza Fleet Management or Localiza Meoo.
  8. Administrative contracts derived from bidding/exemption/ineligibility or with Public Agents in the exercise of their function.
  9. Contracts signed as courtesy.
  10. Contracts signed by companies that operate as vehicle or fleet rental companies.
  11. Contracts that expressly state the non-incidence of Points.
  12. Contracts signed by Participants with financial pending issues with LOCALIZA, negative registration, any registration restriction, or unapproved registration.
  13. Contracts formalized with the company Localiza Fleet Management.
  14. Contracts for reserve cars from Seminews or Test drives.

To earn a free day, you need a specific number of points. Points are accumulated based on the amount spent on your reservations, not the number of times you rent.

Simply make your reservation specifying the points or upgrade you want to use. To confirm the redemption, just inform the branch at the time of pick-up and/or return of the car.

Reminder: the use of points and the Loyalty Upgrade is exclusive to daily contracts of up to 29 days in the Individual segment.

This upgrade happens when you accumulate enough points over a consecutive 12-month period. Check the points required for each category:

  • GOLD: Starting from 3,000 points
  • PLATINUM: Starting from 5,000 points

Have you reached it? If so, just wait 7 business days to enjoy the benefits.

Once you reach Gold or Platinum, your status lasts for 12 months. If you don’t earn enough points during this period to maintain your level, your status will be downgraded to the previous tier.

Yes! Daily rental contracts with Localiza Fast earn points in the Localiza Loyalty Program.

Additionally, by using the Digital Pickup service, you earn an extra 100 points.
