Adapted Car

These are cars with accessibility adaptations, exclusively for people with disabilities. To rent an Adapted Car, you can contact our Reservations Center, which operates from 6 AM to 10 PM, at the following number: 0800 979 2020

To rent an Adapted Car, you need to:

  • Present a driver’s license with the disability condition noted in the observations field;
  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Have a credit card in the name of the holder, with a limit for the Pre-Authorization charge

Adapted cars are available in the FA Group, and the models include: Onix Plus 1.0, Cronos 1.8 HGT, Cronos Precision 1.8, or similar. However, the specific model will only be confirmed at the time of pickup, directly at the agency.

To make our experience more comfortable and inclusive, our Adapted Cars feature the following modifications: 

  • Manual Brake; 
  • Manual Accelerator; 
  • Steering Knob; 
  • Accelerator Pedal Inversion.
