Cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation: You can cancel your reservation at any time without any additional charge, offering you complete flexibility.

Easy cancellation: Cancel easily through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service.

• Pay on pickup: We do not charge until you pick up the vehicle, maintaining a clear and transparent payment policy.

• Country variability: Keep in mind that cancellation and payment policies may vary by franchise. We recommend checking the specific details when making your reservation.

Credit card for No-Show (Not applicable in Colombia): Although we request your credit card details during the reservation process, it is important to note that, in Colombia, we currently do not apply charges for no-shows. This practice may vary in other Localiza countries where these charges are applied.

• Data security: We guarantee the protection of your credit card information with the highest standards of security and privacy.

a) There won't be fees if bookings are canceled before 4 hours of its creation;

b) Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date will be charged of 10% of the booking total value (daily rate, fees, insurance and protection) limited to one daily rate's value;

c) In case the customer doesn't show up to pick-up the vehicle inside the scheduled date, there will be a fee of 25% of the booking total value (daily rate, fees, insurance and protection) limited to one daily rate's value;

d) There won't be fees for changes in the booking after its creation.

e) At pick-up, for safety reasons, we will verify your profile. If the evaluation is not approved, your reservation will be canceled at no cost to you.
