What should I do if I’m involved in an accident?If you’re involved in some kind of accident with your rental car, you should immediately advise us through Localiza Customer Service at 598 98 08 1010. You should file a police report (Boletim de Ocorrência) with the responsible police department and present a copy at a Localiza location within a maximum of 48 hours.
